Smyth Memorial Building Renovation: Week 7

Smyth Memorial Building Renovation Week 7 has gone really well! Progress has not been quite as showy, but super important. The main event has been floor scraping, and many thanks to the volunteers who have put in some time scraping up the old material, preparing the way for the new tile throughout the downstairs. The place is beginning to look nice with a fresh coat of paint. Late in the week, we are seeing progress on the lower entrance walkway, and the installation of the kitchen cabinets. And, the new grass seed is sprouting - yeah!
