Friday, January 3 was a memorable day at the Jesse Remington campus as we welcomed back several former Sentinels for our annual Alumni Day. Their presence brought encouragement and inspiration to our students and faculty as they shared updates about their lives beyond Jesse Remington. Alumni, we are so proud of you!
The event kicked off with our first Chapel of the new year, bringing together students and alumni, and was led by Camden Stockin, a Class of 2022 alumnus. After spending a year doing mission work with World Race, Camden now serves as the farm director at the Dreamers’ Ranch ministry in Windham, NH, under the leadership of Emily Shattuck (Class of 2004). Camden delivered a heartfelt message about abiding in Christ, drawing from John 15, and recognizing God’s voice, based on John 10. We were also blessed with beautiful worship led by a talented group of students and alumni.
Following Chapel, we gathered for a delicious luncheon prepared by the Agape Lunch team, led by Kate Philbrick. The taco bar and brownies a la mode were a hit, and everyone enjoyed plenty of time to catch up and share stories.
In the afternoon, we headed to the CYAA facility for games of volleyball and pickleball. Between playing and laughing, it was a fantastic time of fun and fellowship!
ALUMNI: Mark your calendars and make plans to join us for next year’s Alumni Day—we can’t wait to see you!
