Senior Feature: Gabriel Michalman

Writer: Jeff PhilbrickJeff Philbrick

Gabriel Michalman of Derry has been a four-year student at JRHS and experienced much personal growth and change in his life throughout his time here. He is especially thankful for his Bible classes, which have pushed him to work through hard theological and moral issues, and brought him to a deep understanding and trust in Christ. This has been highly relevant to his personal evangelism, school mission trips, and Christian journey. He is inspired by seeing the Lord working in the lives of his friends, and has enjoyed growing together in this Christian community. Two sections of Scripture that have been especially impactful to him are 2 Timothy 2:22: “So flee youthful passions and pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace, along with those who call on the Lord from a pure heart”, and Romans 12:9-21, which discusses genuine Christian love. Gabe will be attending Cedarville University in the Fall for Theology and Communications.
