Our Prayer Theme for this School Year

Writer's picture: Jeff PhilbrickJeff Philbrick

Jesse Remington High School believes in the power of PRAYER! We would not be in our 27th year if weren't for the Lord blessing us time and time again through those who have committed to praying for this ministry.

There are many ways that you can pray for JRHS. Last year our theme was "The Three P's of Prayer for JRHS: Provision, Protection and Providence." Thank you to those who prayed that theme with us! God blessed our community by providing our needs, protecting us at school and on the mission field, and giving our leaders wisdom and discernment which ultimately led to our school being Accredited by NEASC this past spring. Praise the Lord for all He has done and will continue to do!

This year's theme comes from 1 Chronicles 4:10, also known as "The Prayer of Jabez":

Here's how The Prayer of Jabez can help guide us in praying for our great school:

We humbly ask that you join us in prayer this year and that God will continue to do more than we can even ask or imagine (Ephesians 3:20). Thank you for the many ways that you continue to support Jesse Remington High School!

At our Annual Parent & Staff Potluck, each JRHS family was given a Prayer Card with this year's theme as well as their own copy of The Prayer of Jabez by Bruce Wilkinson. If you are interested in receiving a prayer card along with copy of the book, please call our office at (603) 483-5664 to reserve your copy (supplies are limited).
