Marketing, Admissions and Enrollment Initiatives at JRHS

We are pleased to announce that JRHS has contracted the services of a Christian school marketing consultant, Dr. Rick Newberry from Enrollment Catalyst. Enrollment Catalyst offers strategic coaching for school growth through an assessment and coaching model. Our team of Headmaster Jeff Philbrick, Administrator Cheryl Crawford, Marketing Director Shelly Weeks, Alumni Rep Mark Moran, and Finance Manager Jackie Lacy have begun the “Discovery” phase of the process.

In January, Rick is meeting with the Team to discover the strengths and weaknesses of our current marketing, admissions and enrollment strategies. As we jump into the height of the enrollment season (February through May) we anticipate putting our new skills, plans and procedures in place to improve the enrollment health of JRHS. Enrollment Catalyst will help us develop an enrollment and marketing plan to help our school reach our goals. The company’s vision is to partner with schools to be an enrollment catalyst towards higher goals.
