Yoojin (James) Song is a South Korean foreign exchange student who has attended Jesse for four years. Much like many other of this year’s seniors, he most values the relationships he has been blessed enough to form, and the lifelong friends he has made. His future plans include attending the New Hampshire Technical Institute for two years, then transferring to the Illinois Institute of Technology to pursue a major in architecture. However, because of South Korean law, he must return home to serve two years in the military. He plans to do this one year after transferring to IIT. Through all of life’s curveballs, he takes great solace in the words of Jeremiah 29:11 which assure us that God is in control of the future.
