Class of 2021 Senior Feature: Julia Jacott

Writer: Jeff PhilbrickJeff Philbrick

By Andrew Archambault

Julia Jacott has been a faithful student at Jesse for four years. Of all the aspects that make this school unique, she highlights the Sugar Shack project and the community as the most valuable aspects of her career. Since last semester, she has discovered a direction for the next four years. That direction leads her straight to Corban University in Salem, Oregon. There she will pursue a major in film and seek God’s direction for her next step. The verse that Julia has used as a personal challenge is Philippians 1:27 which commands, “Conduct yourselves in a manner worthy of the Gospel of Christ.” This is the standard she has held herself to and it has defined who she is as a person.
