What do you love about Jesse Remington High School and why?

I love how friendly, kind, and welcoming the staff is at Jesse. From the day I started, I felt very welcomed and accepted into the community which was very meaningful for me at the time being a shy person. Additionally, the positivity could be seen in the behavior of the students there. It is certainly a community like no other I will say.

What experiences at JRHS have most impacted your spiritual life?

It was nice to have staff that were amicable enough that my parents could talk to them about anything at any point. My parents were very encouraged by how the staff would continually pray over all of the students (including myself) and it inspired my parents to keep praying and continuing on in their own faith journeys.

What experiences at JRHS have most impacted your school or work life?

The workload at school was heavy, but I think it helped me to have a good work ethic and learn to press on even when times are difficult. I did well in my academics at Jesse, and as I moved on into further studies at college with the experience under my belt.

What is the one word you would use to describe the JRHS experience?

Incomparable

What would you tell parents to encourage them to consider enrolling their children at JRHS?

It’s a great school full of genuine leaders and the community are just as kind as the people leading it. Not to mention there are many unique opportunities open to a student for what are called projects, where every student gets the chance to experience something they might never have before. If you are seeking a Christian school where there is no bullying or bad influences on the kids either in exposure to substances, or in the attitude of the staff then this is a top notch option.
