Yearbook and Digital Photography is a project class offered two to three times a year. Led by Aimee Landry, this class guides students through the process of creating the yearbook that will be released at the end of the year. The students of Jesse Remington take and collect all of the pictures featured in the yearbook. They learn the basics of digital design while creating the layout for the pages in the yearbook section. For the photography portion, students learn about lighting, angles, and how to take the best pictures possible with the resources available. Students develop an eye for using the space, lighting, and props they have to capture quality images without needing an expensive camera. The students collectively said that the most interesting part of this class was getting to create the yearbook.
