About Doug Langlois
Douglas Langlois is the Athletic Director and Coach at Jesse Remington. He is responsible for overseeing the Athletics department and coaching both the soccer and boys basketball teams. He also assists with teaching the Calculus class. His love of sports began early in life and continued through high school and college where he was captain of the soccer teams at both.

Doug holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute where he graduated in 1989 before beginning his career as a Naval Officer. He earned his wings in 1992 and went on to fly the F-14 Tomcat amassing over 1000 hours, 300 carrier landings, 100 at night. His finished his active service as an advanced flight instructor teaching future naval aviators to fly the TA-4 and T-45 aircraft. He retired from the Naval Reserves in 2021 as a Commander. Currently he flies for American Airlines as a Captain on the Boeing 737.
Doug has been married to his wife Katrina for 32 years. They met at a bible study while in college where he received Christ. Together they have three children: Elizabeth (30), Connor (27), and Marah (17). Doug enjoys various activities including sports/fitness, fly fishing, camping/hiking, gardening and playing the piano. He serves as a part time worship leader at Candia Congregation Church. His favorite books include, "A Tale of Two Cities" and "Lord of the Rings”.

Doug seeks to be a positive influence for Jesus Christ at Jesse Remington by using his diverse experiences and living out his faith while serving in the roles in which God has placed him and to serve as a role model to the staff and student body.
